Cancellation & Refund Policy

Rescheduling

An appointment may be rescheduled at no charge if you give at least [CANCELLATION_WINDOW] notice before the scheduled time. Use the link in your booking confirmation, or contact us.

Cancellation by you

  • Cancelled at least [CANCELLATION_WINDOW] before the appointment — the consultation fee is refunded in full.
  • Cancelled less than [CANCELLATION_WINDOW] before the appointment — the fee may not be refundable, as the time has been reserved for you.
  • Missed appointment without notice — the fee is not refundable.

Cancellation by us

If the physician has to cancel or is unable to attend, you will be offered the choice of rescheduling or a full refund.

Technical difficulty

If a consultation cannot take place or is cut short because of a technical failure on our side, we will reschedule it at no additional charge or refund the fee.

If you are unable to join because of a problem on your side, contact us — we will try to accommodate a reschedule where possible.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within [REFUND_WINDOW]. The time taken for the amount to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

What is not refundable

The consultation fee covers the physician's time and assessment. It is not refundable on the basis of the guidance given, or because a particular outcome was expected. If the physician advises that your concern needs in-person care, the consultation has still taken place and the fee applies.

Medicines, where dispensed, are subject to separate terms provided at the time of purchase.
